Wilkinsburg Land Bank: First-Time Homebuyer Cohort

Are you a first-time homebuyer in or near the Wilkinsburg area? Join us for a 4-class homebuyer cohort designed to walk you through the steps of purchasing your first home.

Over four sessions, our team of experts will guide you through the homebuying process, answer your questions, and help you feel more confident about this important milestone. The sessions will include presentations from a homeownership counselor, loan officer, real estate agent, home inspector, and insurance broker.

Registration is required, and participants must attend all four sessions.

All sessions are from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
