This in-person workshop features presentations from a HUD-approved housing counselor, loan officer, real estate agent, home inspector, and insurance broker, providing expert guidance all in one place. Participants will also enjoy complimentary breakfast and lunch during the session.
This certificate may be used to apply for down payment and closing cost assistance programs, subject to lender and program requirements.
