Richard “Craig” Burkley serves in multiple roles within the NeighborWorks® structure in Pennsylvania, currently as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania and Director of the NeighborWorks Association of Pennsylvania. Craig focuses all of his professional time and energies in growing organizational finances, fiscal and business management, legislative matters and the impact that housing has on families in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining NWWPA in 2007, Craig held a real estate management position with Pennrose Properties Incorporated (PPI), where he coordinated numerous for-sale and rental services in Summerset at Frick Park, Pittsburgh’s first planned community. He has also held various positions at the Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh, where he helped many Pittsburgh families find homes through real estate development, sales, and supportive services.

Craig has Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with minors in accounting and finance, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Taxation Law from Robert Morris University, and a leadership certificate for the Achieving Excellence Program from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. He is also a licensed realtor and real estate investor of more than 20 years in Pennsylvania.
