Patrick Hain is the Economic Opportunity and Financial Empowerment Program Manager in the Institute for Youth Education and Families at the National League of Cities. In his role, he works with local elected leaders and senior staff to implement multi-year grant initiatives and serves as an advisor to local leaders on strategies to promote equitable economic opportunity and align programs and investments. Prior to NLC, Patrick served as a program officer for the Social Innovation Fund at the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) and at the Annie E. Casey Foundation. He holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University. Patrick lives in the North Hills with this family.
