How can I get a copy of my homebuyer education certificate?
Homebuyer Education Certificates are available upon request, but it’s usually your lender who needs it. After completing the course and meeting with your counselor, follow the steps below to request your certificate:
- Upload your Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form 1003) to your online customer account. If you are unsure about your 1003, please contact your lender.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: “Certificate Request.” Please include your first and last names, and the date you completed your homebuyer education course.
A counselor will review your request and upload your certificate to your online account. We do our best to respond to requests within the same business day, but please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
