How can I get a copy of my homebuyer education certificate?

Homebuyer Education Certificates are available upon request. If your lender requires verification that you have completed our Homebuyer Education Workshop, please follow these steps:

  1. Attend an in-person Homebuyer Education Workshop. (Certification is good for 1 year from class completion.)
  2. Upload your Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form 1003) to your online customer account. If you are unsure about your 1003, please contact your lender.
  3. Send an email to with the subject line “Certificate Request” and include your first and last names, and the date you attended the in-person Homebuyer Education Workshop.

We do our best to respond to requests within the same business day, but please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
